TechnoMounts Warranty Policy

TechnoMounts is committed to providing durable, high-quality professional mounting solutions. All our products are covered under the following warranty policy:

1. Warranty Coverage

  • All TechnoMounts professional mounts include a 1-year limited warranty starting from the date of purchase.
  • Warranty covers manufacturer and factory defects only.
  • The warranty applies exclusively to products purchased through authorized TechnoMounts channels and our official e-commerce website.

2. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, abuse, accidents, falls, or negligence.
  • Normal wear and tear, scratches, cosmetic damage, or rust due to improper storage.
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • Damage resulting from use of non-compatible devices or overloading the mount beyond its rated capacity.
  • Damage caused by liquids, humidity, heat exposure, or environmental factors.
  • Any consumable parts or accessories provided with the product (screws, keys, foam pads, silicone inserts, etc.).

3. Warranty Process

  • Customers must deliver the item to our TechnoMounts Service Center for inspection.
  • Products must be securely packed; TechnoMounts is not responsible for damage during shipping.
  • After warranty service is completed, customers must collect the item from the service center.

Shipping Costs

  • All shipping, delivery, or courier costs to and from the service center are the responsibility of the customer.
  • TechnoMounts does not provide pickup or return shipping for warranty cases.

4. Inspection & Final Decision

  • Every warranty claim undergoes a technical inspection by our service team.
  • TechnoMounts reserves the full right to determine whether the issue is covered by warranty, whether repair or replacement is applicable, and whether the product is beyond repair.
  • The company's technical team has the final decision based on the condition of the returned item.

5. Valid Proof of Purchase

  • A valid invoice or order confirmation is required to process any warranty claim.
  • Warranty is void if serial numbers or labels are tampered with or removed.

6. Repair or Replacement

  • If the issue is confirmed as a factory defect, TechnoMounts will repair the product at no cost, or replace it with the same model or an equivalent model (subject to availability).

7. Warranty Limitations

  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • TechnoMounts is not responsible for any data loss, business interruption, or indirect damages resulting from product failure.
  • Warranty does not extend or renew after repair or replacement.
