Delivery Coverage
TechnoMounts ships within the United Arab Emirates and also supports international shipping to selected destinations.
Shipping availability may vary depending on the delivery country and courier coverage.
UAE Shipping
We offer shipping across all emirates in the UAE.
Delivery time within the UAE is typically 3 to 5 business days.
Free shipping is available on eligible UAE orders with a minimum purchase of AED 250.
International Shipping
We also ship internationally. International delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures, and courier operations.
International shipping charges, delivery timelines, and availability may vary by destination and will be shown at checkout or confirmed during order processing where applicable.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and any additional destination-country charges may apply depending on local regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email or SMS notification containing your tracking number and courier tracking link, where available.
Delivery Requirements
At the time of delivery, the courier may request valid identification, such as an Emirates ID, driver’s license, passport, or other accepted ID, to verify the recipient where required.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty or defective product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order so we can review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution in line with our return and warranty policy.
Damages caused by misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow product instructions are not covered.
