Return & Refund Policy

Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging with all parts and accessories.
  • We may refuse returns if items are used, tampered with, or not in saleable condition.
  • Final Sale items are not eligible for return.

Who Pays Return Shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@technomounts.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.
  3. Ship the item using a trackable courier to:

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Please email info@technomounts.com within 1 day of delivery and include photos.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please check with your bank and card issuer. If you still need help, contact contact@technomounts.com.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

Damage in Transit & Misuse

Damage caused by failure to follow safety procedures and usage instructions is not covered.

Do Not Send Items to the Manufacturer

All returns must be sent to the address listed above. Do not ship items directly to the product manufacturer.
